Gonca Demir is an international executive with 17+ years of experience across healthcare and real estate. She most recently served as Chief of Staff to the Founder and Chairman of ND Group, supporting strategy and global operations in over 40 countries. Previously, she was Business Development Director at Ecolog Germany, helping establish the company as Germany’s leading pandemic testing and vaccination provider, and later Managing Director of EcoCare GmbH, where she led a digital healthcare platform. She holds a BSc from Sabanci University and completed executive education at Harvard Medical School.
