Hicks Dome’s Potential

The Hicks Dome is enriched in the much scarcer heavy REEs (HREE) which is unique compared to other U.S. critical mineral prospects .

Studies by the Illinois State Geologic Survey (ISGS) of HREE concentrations at Hicks Dome state that they are an order of magnitude higher than other notable U.S. REE deposits (i.e., Mt. Pass, Bear Lodge), making this a highly attractive  domestic HREE source.

The ISGS estimates that there are between 12 and 65 million tons of critical mineral ore within various deposits at the site.

Chile – A new Rare Earth find

Chile is also recognized as one of the world’s premier mining jurisdictions thanks to its exceptional geology and well-developed mining infrastructure.

Chile is a global leader in copper production and a key supplier of lithium and other critical minerals, and offers investors a proven track record of large-scale, efficient operations backed by a skilled workforce and strong regulatory frameworks.

With modern ports, reliable energy, and a commitment to mine development, Chile continues to attract leading international mining companies seeking both scale and stability.

Centered around >300 million tons of iron ore dedicated sampling has uncovered a large area of enriched Rare Earth Elements that have a collective strike length of over nearly 2 miles.

The work on the area is progressing and a 43-101 report has been been completed on the project with all rare earth sample results verified by a Canadian laboratory.

The work concentrated on only a small section of the miles long rock exposure and the qualified person who authored the report favorably compared the geology of this area to the giant Bayan Obo Rare Earth deposit, which is currently the largest Rare Earth mine in the world.

Resource Building

The project sampling has identified strong Rare Earth throughout a tabular geologic horizon.

The map at right depicts the location of rock samples taken from only one portion of the project, which identified strong Rare Earth Elements (REEs) over the length of over 4 football fields and throughout an elevation change of over 300ft.

The 43-101 report inferred an estimated value of over 32 Billion dollars in rare earths from the small area that sampling has covered to date.

Large Rare Earth Projects – North America

The table illustrates a number of important REE projects being examined in the Western Hemisphere.

Based on 43-101 standards, resources are listed from high to low confidence as Measured, Indicated or Inferred. Ore within categories are shown are in Millions of Tons at the grade of TREO (oxides).

Higher grade ore is the most desirable as processing of Rare Earth recoveries generally between 50 to 80%.

TREO = Total Rare Earth Oxides.

ree grades - comparables

The projects from the Previous table are now sorted by the weighted average-grade (%TREO)
from the 3 resource categories.

Public US rare earths stocks

Companies reflecting a secure a potential supply of REEs outside China, have seen massive growth during the past year
as this supply chain issues have become a top priority in 2025 due to China’s rare earth mineral export restrictions.

With our resource portfolio we believe we can outpace the growth of a number of these companies.
